32.50 hours Term Time only, Permanent

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic School Administrator to join our successful school team.
We are seeking a highly organised, IT literate individual with administration experience and GSCE Maths plus English at a minimum of Grade C/Grade 4. This role is fast-paced and multi-faceted, so the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work well under pressure. School experience is not essential, as a proven background in a different setting will be considered.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, which include welcoming all visitors to the school, answering all calls and a broad range of administrative tasks. The position requires strong multitasking skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. A flexible approach to this role is essential to ensure the demands of the school are met.

Support and training will be provide to ensure that the right candidate can fulfil all of their duties successfully. This is a hands-on role working to established processes/procedures without close supervision, other than that provided through working arrangements, methods and procedures.
